Create an Entity to provide specific information and logos for Commodity and Grain Merchandising contracts and checks.

Grant permission to User Profiles in Access User Profiles > select a User Profile > Security > Setup > Access Legal Entity. |
Enter an ID using alpha-numeric characters. Enter a Name of up to 75 alpha-numeric characters which will display and print on Grain Contracts and checks.
Provide the Address, City, State, Zip and Phone number.
Select Print Logos on Checks if applicable and click the Load Image button to upload the logo which can be a .png, .jpg or .bmp file.
